Placing the health of all of the club’s fans as a priority and paying constant attention to the development of the health situation generated by COVID-19, Valencia CF have -in addition to the internal measures in place since February 28th- undertaken the following temporary measures, with the purpose of maintaining necessary attention and contact with fans. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAN OFFICE:
Until March 31st, this will be open via telephone from Monday-Friday, as well as through contact.valenciacf.es from 9am-6pm CET. On March 16/17/18, the hours will be 9am-2pm. The office will be closed on March 19th-20th.
MESTALLA TICKET OFFICE OPENING HOURS:
Friday, March 13th: 10am-2pm, 5pm-8pm.
Monday, March 16th: 9:15am-2pm.
Tuesday, March 17th: 9:15am-2pm.
Wednesday, March 18th: 9:15am-2pm.
Wednesday, March 19th to Sunday, March 22nd: Closed.
MESTALLA FOREVER TOUR:

The VCF Official Store at Mestalla and VCF Megastore will be closed from Friday, March 13th at 8pm CET until further notice. The Online Store will remain open.
